Bill, 75, was a non-smoker who lived in Lockerbie, Scotland, and was a former director of the International Coalition Against Prohibition (now dissolved), and Forces International, a US-based smokers’ rights group.

I met Bill in Belgium where I flew from Canada to attend the 1st International conference against prohibition. He was a dedicated remarkable fighter. So sorry to hear of his passing. Condolences to the family and friends.
