Of course, they see nothing wrong with using public funds to lobby government even though it is unethical and illegal.

They are so indoctrinated with their own propaganda that they believe the end justifies the means.

After all they changed the rules on scientific accuracy to force smoking bans when there is no substantial evidence of harm from second hand smoke; they claimed reductions in disease from the bans when there were none, etc.

They are convinced their totalitarian view is righteous. They need to be shut down.
