What hotel is this ? please tell.
I'm going to take a guess, The Royal Horseguards hotel, just of Whitehall.
Stopping recently at an autobahn Motel in the former DDR , Ich was similarly ge-gobsmacken to be asked "Smoking or Non-smoking?" The more so having just come from a hotel in Budapest where the Smoking VERBOT was rigidly enforced despite my wife being,literally, the only non-smoker in the entire building.
