Forest, the Institute of Economic Affairs and The Free Society invite you to join us at The Comedy Store, 3 & 4 Deansgate Locks, Whitworth Street West, Manchester on Monday 30th September.
The Liberty Lounge (6.00-9.30pm) consists of three back-to-back events:
6.00pm – A Beer and a Fag with Farage
Mark Littlewood, director-general of the Institute of Economic Affairs, interviews UKIP leader Nigel Farage on lifestyle freedoms including smoking, eating and drinking.
7.15pm – The Liberty Lounge Drinks Reception
Relax, unwind and enjoy a drink at our expense. No minimum pricing policy here – it's all absolutely FREE!
8.30 – Stand Up For Liberty!
Live stand up comedy featuring the brilliant Australian comedian Steve Hughes ("Hard-edged social commentary at its best", The Times). Also featuring Jason Cook and Sean Meo.
The Comedy Store is outside the secure zone so no pass required. Everyone welcome, especially friends and supporters of Forest, the IEA and The Free Society!
