'Shooting smokers' and other search engine queries

We also have occasional visitors who drop in from time to time to catch up.
A third group are those who arrive, via a search engine, looking for specific information.
A 'Search Engine Queries Summary' allows me to see what they're looking for. Here's a small selection of searches that in recent weeks has led people to visit this blog:
